Meet Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson has been in legal practice since 1980. He has practiced law both in Australia and New Zealand.

His broad experience includes working in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions Victoria and National Companies & Securities Commission (now ASIC) in both enforcements and policy/legislative drafting roles plus extensive private practice experience including Baker & Mckenzie, in Melbourne as a senior associate in the corporate and securities department, Connell Rishworth Gerrard, in Whangraei, NZ and his own specialized legal practice in Ivanhoe, Victoria for 12 years.

In recent years Andrew has worked in medium and small commercial legal practices including Aitken Partners and Lord Commercial Lawyers.
He has now re-established his own boutique practice known as Wilson & Co Commercial and Personal Lawyers.

Andrew has extensive general commercial and commercial dispute experience and is accredited commercial law specialist. His known for his thorough but pragmatic approach to the practice of Law. In particular his blend of commercial litigation, commercial law and forensic skills are in demand for resolving complex commercial, property, and estate disputes.
